ILG Realty’s experienced and professional "Tenant Rep" brokers specialize in office, retail or industrial tenant representation. Rather than view the lease as a document of liability and restriction, ILG Realty’s approach is to creatively structure deals so as to maximize profitability while maintaining the greatest level of flexibility.

We are equipped to handle any size transaction using sophisticated negotiating strategies, in-depth research, and analysis. ILG Realty’s property management experience provides our clients with a first-hand understanding of the criteria building owners use in evaluating proposed lease terms. The tenant rep process begins by evaluating and refining the client's requirements, which vary widely but are always complex, often requiring an analysis of a company's entire portfolio. Recommendations may include consolidation, expansion, relocation or renewing an existing lease. After first identifying and physically inspecting all spaces that appear to be suitable for the client's needs, then market conditions, which will support the terms of a negotiation.  Throughout the negotiating process, we present analyses of competing proposals, so that deals are fairly compared, on an aggregate as well as a present value basis.
